What:
Flex Fitness Albany and Pt Chev are joining forces again this year for our annual Lift Club. Lift Club is a friendly, motivating and fun environment to go for your 1RM on the big three lifts: Squat, Bench and Deadlift.

This competition is open to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. You have the freedom to choose which lifts you want to perform. Entry will include:

• Exclusive Lift Club 2024 T-shirt
• Energy drinks, snacks & protein on the day
• Musashi prize pack for the top male & females
• Spot prizes and more!
