Sport and fitness have always just been a part of my life. Right from my young days as a competitive gymnast and playing lots of sports naturally led me to personal training and lifestyle fitness. 20 years later I’m still going and still love helping people achieve goals big or small, particularly in injury rehabilitation and management. The smiles on clients' faces, when they have less pain or no pain, is why I do it.
I love to see the potential in others when they may not have realised it for themselves. Hello! I'm Lauren, the proud Club Manager here at Flex Papamoa! 8 years ago, fitness became an important part of my everyday life which has now turned into my career that I am very passionate about. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Sport Science and a Nutrition Certification back in 2020. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2018 and also run my own business of Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching. My mission is to create a thriving environment that you look forward to completing your training session in! I love working in such a rewarding role and doing it alongside our awesome team!
Growing up in a small town, sport was always a big factor in my life. I turned that motivation into gym training in my mid teens, started from the bottom and then grew from there with self taught coaching. I started studying in 2022 and have now completed my qualification. My goal has always been to help people reach their full potential, see the best in themselves and motivate others to make a healthy change. If I can help them get there through health and fitness then i'm happy
My passion for fitness started back in 2016 when I first started my journey in the gym. I then found a love for fitness and continued on to study in 2018 and have now completed my Level 4 Certificate and Bachelor's Degree in Sport Science. I have a strong belief in helping others to discover their own passion for fitness and health.
