Hey, I'm Jake!
I have been actively involved with the gym for around 7 years, during which time I have tried various types of training such as bodybuilding, high-intensity training, strength training, and many more. I also played soccer for 5 years, and took 3 years of Sports Science in college. Fitness has always played a significant role in my life, and my experience is that regardless of what form of training you do, having a strong foundation of fitness provides so many physical, mental, and emotional benefits, and opens up so many more opportunities in life.
Recently, I have been trying out different forms of training such as gymnastics, calisthenics, and reformer pilates, all of which provide a new and exciting challenge. My belief is that everyone can benefit from regular exercise, and it is one of the best changes a person can make in their lives. Fitness shouldn't be an exclusive or scary undertaking; it should be available and welcoming to all! Your goals don't have to be fancy or grand; even a small change makes an incredible difference.
