I've been passionate about fitness for over 7 years and have experienced my own transformation journey, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges, setbacks, and dedication it takes to achieve lasting results. My love for all things fitness and helping others become the best version of themselves inspired me to become a Personal Trainer at Flex Fitness Papamoa.
Outside of coaching and training, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, exercising, furthering my studies, and continuously expanding my knowledge of the fitness industry. I'm a strong believer that learning never stops, which is why I'm always looking to improve my skills and stay up to date with the latest training and nutrition practices to provide the best possible service for my clients.
