Blake Anderson
My aim is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals in a way that is enjoyable, but also effective. I have a passion for Health and Fitness and always aim to inspire any client I work with. I am a lacrosse player and coach in my spare time. I have grown up around the sporting culture of New Zealand and am well versed in advanced training techniques. I personally enjoy training to be as healthy and athletic as I can be. I find myself doing a lot of resistance, endurance and sport specific training. Being part of a community where I can give back by helping people with their health and fitness is something I am very grateful for and genuinely passionate about.
