I see Health and Fitness as essential tools that anyone can use at any stage of their life regardless of their current level. Throughout my life, I have always been an active person and competed in various sports such as Tennis, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and as much as those sports were physically demanding I see the mental aspect just as important if not more than its physical counterpart. It is my belief that with the right mindset, approach and knowledge, anyone can achieve great lengths on their fitness journey regardless of their age or the level they are starting at. As someone who has been in the fitness industry for a few years now, I will continue to work on my own personal development and hope to lead by example.
