Flex For Less Sale – Terms and Conditions 2025

Organized and sponsored by Flex Fitness New Zealand Ltd (“Promoter”).

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Flex For Less Sale 2025 is open to all new members of Flex Fitness NZ and previous members re-joining since their last membership ended. Current members are excluded from the sale offer.

2. Sale Period

2.1 The Sale starts on 24 November 2025 at 12:00 a.m. NZST concludes on 14 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m. NZST (“Sale Period”).

3. Sale Offer

3.1 During the Sale Period, new members can access the 12-month weekly membership rate with no contract required, providing great value and flexibility. Membership is for GYM access only. All Flex Fitness clubs are participating in this promotion, and each club has a limited number of memberships available.

3.2 A Joining Fee and Access Fee apply, as specified by the participating club.

3.3 This promotional offer differs from the current open rate offer and is available exclusively through participating Flex Fitness clubs.

3.4 The offer cannot be booked online and must be arranged directly with the club during the promotional period.

3.5 Standard Flex Fitness membership terms and conditions apply.

3.6 The offer is valid only for memberships purchased during the Sale Period and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or corporate rate.

4. Data Protection

4.1 Personal data collected as part of this promotion will be managed in accordance with the Flex Fitness NZ Privacy Policy.

5. Changes and Termination

5.1 Flex Fitness NZ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Flex Fitness NZ, its affiliates, franchisees, and promotional partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in this promotion.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
7.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
