Spring is the perfect time to reset, recharge, and get your body ready for summer. Our Kickstart Spring program will help you build strength, boost energy, and create a consistent training habit - all with guidance from a personal trainer of your choice
What we need from you:
- Commit to 6 weeks of training
- Attend 1 x 1 hour session or 2 x 30 minute sessions per week
What you’ll get:
- Expert guidance and sessions with your chosen PT
- 1x FREE Saturday Sweat class per week, during the 6 week period
- A structured plan to boost strength, fitness, and energy
Cost:
- 2 x 30 min sessions/week: $60/session
- 1 x 1 hour session/week: $65/session
