The name behind the smiley face is Ariel (or Ari), and I am the Club Manager here at Flex Fitness Havelock North. I have many years of Managerial experience, Managing Large Retail stores and also owning my own Business Sass and Co Styling for the last 5 years, all of which have led me here to Flex. You won't always see me as I work a lot behind the scenes but you'll know I instigated the dress up days, fun challenges, running the Social Media and of course always ready for a chat (You also may hear from me on the phone if you've been slacking off and not coming enough! I love keeping our members accountable). My promise to Flex is I will learn ALL of my members names, and I will always create a safe space for everyone to feel comfortable and empowered to train in, Flex Havelock North is as much my home as it is yours. Coming from a background of Mental Illness, body dysmorphia, and eating disorders, the gym is now my safe place and I want Flex Fitness Havelock to be a safe place for all!
