Kia ora, I’m Dalton! I have been working in the Fitness Industry for 7 years, predominantly as a personal trainer and VIP Coach for influencers. I have also worked in reception as well. I grew up in Te Awamutu in between country and city life. Travel and fitness has been a huge part of my life too, especially when competing in lacrosse and volleyball at a National level.
My gym journey starts with sport and has been reflected throughout my career from a beginner Dance Coach to doing rehab work for a local Paralympian. Outside of the gym, you’ll find me with my guitar, on my motorbike chasing NZ sunsets or on the golf course.
My preferred training style in the gym is a mix of hypertrophy building with a touch of calisthenics. I have found most of my results from a modified 4 day Arnold split. Current personal gym goals are to hit the dreaded 3 plate bench and 10 handstand press ups in a row.
