My story starts from the majestic port hills on those cold winter mornings when you can see your own breath in the air. My happy place is that moment on the trail when you think you’ve run out of steam but you keep going, when the muscles ache but the focus and clarity take you higher up that mountain.
I carry with me all the lessons learned from my younger years as a cross country runner and a life changing experience in the New Zealand Army Band, where music meets travel, discipline and fitness. Becoming an assistant physical training instructor for my unit sparked a whole new world of opportunity to work in the fitness industry and I have never looked back.
I will help you work that little bit harder every time by developing resilience, consistency and making long lasting changes, ones that enable you to live fuller and stronger!
