After twelve years of working as a tradie, I came to the realisation that:
- I am more interested in people than things and
- I needed a change, and it was time to turn my passion into a career
Originally from Dunedin, fitness has always been part of who I am. What started as a way to gain an edge on the rugby field became the thing that kept me grounded long after I hung up the boots. Through every high and low, training has always been something that re-centred me, enhanced my life and helped build connections. I believe fitness is something that can make a positive impact for everyone, no matter their walk of life, it's about finding what works best for each individual.
Over the past five years coaching rugby, I’ve developed a simple philosophy: Support. Challenge. Care. This is what guides my actions as a coach and will be the foundation for how I help you achieve your goals.
