Hey I’m Kels, I build strong, resilient, and capable people. As your coach, I’ll work closely with you to come up with an individualised program that addresses all aspects of your fitness both inside and outside of the gym. I believe that to be successful in your fitness journey it’s important to understand the why and have confidence in what you’re doing both in and out of the gym. Which is why I’ll be there to teach and guide you along the way until you’ve built the confidence to do things on your own. I’m looking forward to meeting and working with you!
