Having personally gone from 50kg to 85kg, I understand firsthand the challenges of gaining muscle and changing your physique. I specialise in helping hard gainers and beginners build strength, gain healthy weight, and create long-term habits that actually last. Outside of fitness, I also enjoy content creation and connecting with people, which helps me create a supportive and motivating coaching environment.
