My journey into yoga began after recovering from tuberculosis in my teens, where I discovered the power of breath and movement in healing. Some years later, witnessing a tragedy reminded me of the fragility of life, and the importance of compassion and presence. These experiences guided me to Bali, where I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at World Peace Yoga School in 2025.
As both a climber and yoga teacher, I bring a balance of strength and mindfulness to my classes, creating a welcoming space where every body can connect with breath, movement and awareness.
My background is in climbing and sports performance, integrating yoga for injury prevention, mobility and strength. I am also experienced in guiding both group and 1:1 sessions, including yoga for beginners, climbers and workplace wellness.
