My name is Thomas Cooper & I’ve been a PT for 7 years running. Born & raised in North Otago sport & exercise growing up has always been a huge priority in my life. I wish to spread my knowledge & expertise within the Flex fitness community here in Lincoln & provide my clients with sound training techniques & exercise prescription that covers all components of fitness.
