Hey, I'm Zhaolong. I completed Bachelor of Sport and Exercise through Massey University and have worked with both general and clinical clients, creating tailored fitness plans to suit their needs. I wasn't always into sports, but discovering fitness showed me how powerful it can be for self-growth and transformation. That passion now drives me to help others reach their goals.

No matter where you're starting from-whether it's hitting a new personal best, toning up, or overcoming challenges-  i'll be here to guide and support you every step of the way.
