As a former competitive swimmer, I know what it takes to stay focused, push through tough moments, and keep showing up. That experience built the foundation for how I train today with discipline, determination, and heart. But I also believe fitness should feel fun, empowering, and like something you truly enjoy.
After stepping away from high-performance sport, I found a new love for movement through the gym. That passion quickly evolved into personal training and coaching and now I get to help others feel strong, confident, and capable every single day. I also coach swimmers at a local club here in Christchurch. I love working with women who are ready to lift, move, and grow not just physically, but mentally too. My training style is built on good vibes, real support, and meeting you exactly where you’re at, so you can feel strong and confident in your own skin.
