Hi, I’m Caitlyn! My mission is to help people build strong, capable bodies, while moving well and feeling more confident in themselves. Combining strength, mobility and a calm, focused mindset. My background across personal training, pilates, yoga and meditation really shapes how I work, blending strength, mobility and mindfulness to support your body and nervous system. I look at how your body moves, where you might be holding tension and what will actually support you and your goals long term. For some people that’s building strength and confidence in the gym, for others it’s improving flexibility, working around injuries, or feeling more comfortable in their body again. Let's work together to build a stronger, healthier you!
