I’ve always been passionate about sport and exercise, and I’m constantly learning and evolving my approach to training and coaching. Outside the gym, I spend a lot of time trail running and hiking, which has given me a strong appreciation for the role strength training plays in building resilience, improving performance, and allowing us to get more out of the activities we enjoy. As a coach, my goal is to help people train with purpose while giving them the knowledge, support, and confidence to perform at their best.
