Hi! I’m Fleur, a Sales & Member Consultant here at Flex Havelock North. Having been a regular member here for the past few years it's great to be part of the administrative team.

I have been a gym-goer since my teens. After having kids, my fitness routine was a bit sporadic and it was only when I was introduced to CrossFit a few years ago that my love of weight training, functional movement and gymnastics was reignited. There's nothing like discovering handstands again, as an adult, to ignite that childhood joy! I have enjoyed weight training and a regular fitness routine ever since.

I have a passion for all things health and wellness. In particular, natural medicine; hence why I trained to be a naturopath and medical herbalist. The body has an incredible innate ability to heal itself when you provide the right foundations, exercise being one of them, and that's why I enjoy seeing you, our members, reaping these benefits too. You guys show up, do the work and it's inspiring.
