James Baldwin

James has been involved in sport and training his whole life, from national-level swimming to breaking New Zealand powerlifting records.This journey taught him the value of consistent, purposeful training, not just for performance but for long-term health, confidence, and quality of life.

He has worked with clients across a wide range of abilities, from competitive athletes to older adults. James is passionate about helping everyday people build strength, move better, and feel more confident in the gym. Whether you are new to exercise, returning after a break, or working towards advanced goals, he tailors each session to suit your body, experience, and lifestyle.

You don’t need to be an athlete to train with purpose. Through clear, structured coaching and a down-to-earth approach, James helps clients turn effort into results that last and are easy to maintain.
