Hi, I’m Jesper. For my entire life I’ve centred myself around fitness and sport. I am a huge believer in the potential a person can have given the right balance of support and challenge. No matter what you are pursuing, I believe the gym is a catalyst for your own success. I understand that progress isn't always linear. My own successful recovery from an ACL injury is what motivated me to dive deeper into the fitness world, sharpening my ideology and knowledge.
Representing New Zealand and training with Wellington Phoenix showed me that success is built on resilience. I’m here to help you apply the same principles to your own health journey.
