Hey, I'm Maansa! I started my career in mental health, moved into education, and found my way to movement and fitness. I've been training for 15 years and in that time I went from obese to healthy, resolved chronic back pain, and fixed my posture. Movement became a part of my identity and taught me to believe in myself. My coaching philosophy combines my understanding of education, mental health, and movement. I believe everyone can learn how to move, do it well, and enjoy it - and more than that, build the internal tools to keep showing up. Whether you're picking up weights for the first time, returning from injury, or ready to train with more intention - I'll meet you where you are, and we build from there.
