Kate O’Neill
Hi! I’m Kate O’Neill, and I’m a firm believer in achievable fitness goals for people from all walks of life. Living by the motto “consistency is key”, I will work with you to feel confident in the gym while learning the correct technique. Fitness has been part of my life since a young age, with both my parents being influential in their pursuit of sport. When I’m not in the gym you will find me outdoors skating, up the mountain, running, mountain biking, or water skiing. I love to inspire people on their fitness journeys, just as my dad inspired me. His dedication rubbed off on me and I joined him in the Coast to Coast two years in a row definitely the toughest thing I’ve done to date!
