I got into the gym after a serious knee injury from skiing. What started as rehab quickly became a passion. In under five years, I went from being unable to do sport to competing at a world-class level in powerlifting.
I want to help people have the same realisation as I did. To see how strong their bodies really are and what they’re capable of. Your body isn’t fragile, it’s resilient, adaptable, and built to do hard things.
