I got into the gym after a serious knee injury from skiing. What started as rehab quickly became a passion. In under five years, I went from being unable to do sport to competing at a world-class level in powerlifting.

I want to help people have the same realisation as I did. To see how strong their bodies really are and what they’re capable of. Your body isn’t fragile, it’s resilient, adaptable, and built to do hard things.

Whether you want to improve your running or mountain biking, have the energy to play with your grandkids, get your first pull-up, or hit a new PB… The gym is a tool to build functional strength so you can move better, feel better, and adventure more.
