Shannon is one of our dedicated Personal Trainers, bringing over 7 years of coaching experience (started in 2019) and a passion for helping women build strength, confidence and sustainable healthy habits. As the founder of a successful female-only coaching community and a passionate bikini athlete, Shan understands that every woman’s journey is unique. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, looking to lose body fat, build muscle, improve your fitness or simply feel stronger and more confident in yourself, Shan provides personalised coaching tailored to your goals. Known for her supportive and encouraging approach, Shan creates a welcoming environment where women can challenge themselves, learn new skills and achieve results they can be proud of.
