Wolf specialises in weight loss, muscle building, mobility, posture, and post‑injury training. After recovering from a serious accident and losing over 35kg, he brings firsthand experience in rebuilding strength, confidence, and movement from the ground up.

His coaching style is supportive, calm, and technique‑focused, with strengths in clear cueing, evidence‑based programming, and adapting training for neurodivergent clients or those with hyper-mobility. Wolf’s goal is to create a safe, enjoyable, and results‑driven environment where every client feels supported and capable of achieving long‑term change.
