I know how overwhelming it can feel to start (or restart) your fitness journey especially when you’re not sure where to begin or what will actually work for you. That’s where I come in.

With a background in professional dance and years of experience in both the dance and fitness industries, I bring a well rounded, realistic approach to training. My style is all about building strength, improving mobility, and creating habits that are sustainable long term with no quick fixes!

Whether you’re looking to move with more ease, feel stronger day to day, or just reconnect with your body in a positive way, I’m here to support you. I’ll meet you where you’re at, challenge you when you’re ready, and celebrate every small (and big!) win along the way.
