Daniel Nicholson
I have had a passion for the health and fitness industry for a long time. I have been involved in all types of sports from a young age including Tae Kwon Do, soccer, athletics, squash, mountain biking and the gym. I am 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, training and instructing for over 15 years. From my martial arts, over 10 years’ experience as a personal trainer and my studies at AUT, I have learnt, developed and practiced a wide range of training techniques, skills and ideas that will help maximize your well-being and help you get the most from your training both physically and mentally. I love to help people achieve their goals and believe that providing motivation and encouragement is the key to success. I have lived locally in Howick for over 35 years.
