With a background in Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and MMA, alongside a deep understanding of Athletic Performance, Strength & Conditioning, weight loss + Muscle Hypertrophy, I bring both high-performance expertise and a calm, focused presence to every session.
My coaching is built on years of firsthand experience within combat sports and the continuous pursuit of mastering movement, performance, and the human body. I work with individuals at all levels, from complete gym beginners to experienced fighters, tailoring each program to their current ability, goals, and demands of their sport.
