I’m a passionate, purpose-led strength coach on a mission to transform how we think about health, movement, and longevity especially for women. I believe in the power of lifestyle medicine to help us thrive, not just survive, across every stage of life.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, with a particular focus on the different lifestages of women, and aligning training with the unique female physiology. For too long, women have been underrepresented in the gym. But the science is clear building strength can help counteract many female-dominant health issues and build a functional foundation for life.

With a background in healthcare, I’ve seen firsthand the devastating effects of poor habits and a sedentary lifestyle. Too often, we wait until something goes wrong until we have to lose weight, increase bone density, or manage chronic conditions. But strength training is not just a reactive tool. It's a proactive investment in how we age.

Let’s be real: aging is inevitable, but how we age is in our hands. Like investing money, small consistent actions started early can lead to long-term results. The benefits are for everyone no matter when you start, it’s never too late!

My goal is to guide and support you as you begin your strength journey to help you feel confident, capable, and empowered in the gym. I’ll equip you with the knowledge and tools to move safely, train smart, and build habits that last.

  • Enrolled to complete Dr Stacy Sims courses: Next Gen: Training Active Girls For Health & Performance 'Women are not small men'
  • Microlearning - Pregnancy & Exercise
  • Seasoned recreational athlete in many areas: strength training, dance, yoga, netball, soccer and touch football.
