Kia ora, first and foremost I am a proud mum of three amazing tamariki. My whānau are a huge part of my life and they inspire me every day to stay active, healthy, and positive. I’m happiest when I’m outdoors enjoying the sunshine, whether that’s at the beach, hiking, or taking part in sport and fitness. I have a strong passion for staying active, especially through CrossFit and hiking, which challenge both the body and mind.
I love seeing people of all ages getting involved in health and fitness and working towards their goals. For me, movement and an active lifestyle are the foundation of longevity, wellbeing, and living life to the fullest. Being part of someone’s journey to becoming healthier, stronger, and more confident is something I truly enjoy. My goal is to encourage and support others to stay active, have fun, and build lifelong healthy habits.
