I have been with the fitness industry for over ten years now. I am passionate about most sports and I am a keen Crossfitter. I enjoy training people in a group class environment. I love seeing the progress made by individuals in their strength and fitness and also the change in mental toughness and perseverance to complete the next rep. The drive to be better mentally and physically is my attitude towards life.
