Passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. Health, fitness, and sport have always been a big part of my life, and I love using that experience to support others on their own fitness journey. I come from a strong sporting background and have been fortunate to achieve success in a range of sports. I have played rugby and tennis for Southland, and I have also competed in rugby league and touch. One of my proud achievements was playing South Island Rugby League, as well as representing Māori rugby.
Sport has taught me discipline, teamwork, and the importance of pushing through challenges. I understand what it feels like to be stuck or unsure how to move forward with your fitness or goals, which is why I’m so passionate about helping others find their path and keep moving forward. Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing sport and spending quality time with my family and friends. Whānau and community are really important to me, and I aim to bring that same supportive environment into the gym.
My goal is simple to help people improve their health, build confidence, and reach goals they may not have thought possible. No matter where you're starting from, I’m here to help guide and support you every step of the way.
