My goal in life is to show people that anything is possible if you're willing to work hard for it because, at the end of the day, it's you vs you. I’ve played sports pretty much all of my life. Playing footy since I was as young as 5 years old and I played every sport that I could from summer to winter. The gym has been my second home for the last 7-8 years. I’ve gone from focusing on myself to now wanting to help others. I love helping people achieve their goals, from losing weight, building muscle or gaining strength.
