Hi, I’m Stacey — proud mum to Carson, qualified primary teacher, personal trainer, and someone who has truly found herself through training.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve experienced so many phases of fitness — from weight loss and bodybuilding to postpartum recovery and group training. Each season taught me something different, but what I’ve learned most is that growth happens when you’re willing to get uncomfortable.
That’s why I fell in love with Olympic lifting and performance-based training. For me, training isn’t just about how you look — it’s about building mental resilience, confidence, and proving to yourself that you can do hard things. One day, I’d love to step onto the floor for a CrossFit or HYROX competition and challenge myself even further.
In my role as a sales consultant, I want every member to feel welcomed, heard, and supported. Walking into a gym can be intimidating, and I’m passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels like they belong.
When I’m not working or training, I’m at home with Carson, walking our Labrador, or winding down with a good book or baking in the kitchen.
