Hi, I'm Caitlin! I've been a member here at Flex since opening week, and have absolutely enjoyed every single moment of being part of the club. Over the years I have experimented with all sorts of fitness classes, and Reformer Pilates has stuck out as one of my favourite ways to exercise. I really enjoy the connection it brings between my mind and my body, and I have found the control and precise movements that Piltates requires has really improved my health both physically and mentally.
A few months ago , I decided to take the next step and begin my training to become a Pilates instructor. Diving deeper into learning the fundamentals behind Pilates has only made me enjoy and appreciate it even more, and I hope to bring the same feelings to others. I am truly so excited to start teaching classes here at Flex with such a great community.
