Hey guys, I’m Sam Horrocks. With over a decade of CrossFit training and coaching under my belt, I’ve trained everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes in all areas of fitness. I specialise in barbell programming with squats, deadlifts and bench presses designed to drive both hypertrophy and strength while improving mobility and resilience.
