Hey guys, I’m Sam Horrocks. With over a decade of CrossFit training and coaching under my belt, I’ve trained everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes in all areas of fitness. I specialise in barbell programming with squats, deadlifts and bench presses designed to drive both hypertrophy and strength while improving mobility and resilience. My evidence-based approach delivers dynamic sessions that help you crush personal bests and maintain results. I’m taking on new clients, and all experience levels are welcome.
