I’ve always been passionate about health, wellbeing, and exploring a variety of training styles. Over the years, I’ve attended a wide range of gyms, group fitness classes, and reformer Pilates sessions, and have experienced firsthand how movement can positively impact both physical and mental health.
When the opportunity came up to become a Reformer Pilates Instructor, it was a no-brainer. This is my first time instructing, and I’m incredibly excited to take this next step and support others in their own fitness journey.
Being part of the Flex community already feels like the perfect fit. I’m looking forward to creating a welcoming, encouraging space for members, and continuing to grow as an instructor alongside such a supportive team.
